Commands and flags for running, validating, inspecting, and extending Beelzebub.
Global flags are inherited by every subcommand and may appear before or after the command:
-c, --conf-core core YAML path (default ./configurations/beelzebub.yaml)
-s, --conf-services service directory (default ./configurations/services/)
-l, --log-level debug, info, warn, error, fatal, or panic (default info)| Command | Arguments and flags | Behavior |
|---|---|---|
beelzebub run | -m, --mem-limit-mib (default 100; -1 disables) | Validate, build, and start every configured service; stop gracefully on SIGINT/SIGTERM |
beelzebub validate | no local flags | Parse schemas and procedural rules without opening listeners; warnings do not change the exit status |
beelzebub version | no local flags | Print version, commit, build date, Go version, and OS/architecture |
beelzebub plugin list | no local flags | Compare locked plugins with plugins compiled into the binary |
beelzebub plugin install [github-link] | --ref, --token, --force, --no-build | Install one repository and declare it, or install every declaration when no link is supplied |
beelzebub plugin update [name] | --token | Re-fetch one or every declared plugin, update pins, and rebuild |
beelzebub plugin remove <name> | aliases uninstall, rm | Remove the declaration and installed source, then rebuild |
--token overrides BEELZEBUB_GITHUB_TOKEN. Plugin installation and update rebuild the local binary unless installation uses --no-build.
Run beelzebub --help and each subcommand’s --help for the binary’s exact generated text.
